The society invites applications for the following posts from professionals working in Social Development Sector with exposure to relevant programmes at state level, on contract basis/ deputation basis for government employees.

Job Details

1. Research Analyst : 01 Post
• Salary: Rs. 50, 000 per month
• Qualification : 1. Post graduate in social science with Statistics or Econometrics as specialization. 2. At least 5 years research experience in the fields of poverty, vulnerability and social protection 3. Strong aptitude of handling quantitative data 4. Good knowledge of statistical and econometric computer packages (software) 5. Working experience with government departments will be considered as additional advantage.

2. Monitoring & Evaluation and Documentation Officer : 01 Post
• Salary: Rs. 50, 000 per month
• Qualification : The ideal person should hold Masters in social science preferably in Economics, Sociology, Political Science, Public Administration, Development Studies and Social Work, have excellent communication and writing skills, ability to absorb and consolidate different documents and summarize them. He/She should have atleast eight years of work experience in similar field. A person who had previously worked with government projects or large scale programmes would be preferred. The person should have good working relations with other team members, and should be proficient with Microsoft Office and its applications.

3. Administrative Officer : 01 Post
• Pay Scale : Rs.8000-13500) (For Deputation)
• Salary: Rs.25,000- 30,000/- per month for Contractual Appointment
• Qualification : The candidate should preferably be a MBA in Administration/ HR. OR Master in any branch with work experience as an Administrative Officer. 3-5 Years relevant work experience in a Development Organization/ NGO

4. Stenographer : 01 Post
• Pay Scale : Rs.4000-6000 (For Deputation)
• Salary: Rs.12,000/- per month for Contractual Appointment
• Qualification : Candidate should be at least Graduate . Stenography speed – 80 wpm (at least) . Typewriting 30 wpm- (at least) . Should be proficient in English (reading and writing both)
